Heckber Down
Got a call Friday afternoon from Karol, letting me know that she just dropped Gene off for surgery and that it was nothing serious....well... even though I got a short second on panic....she was right. Gene apparently fell or something like that at work and messed up his knee and he did not tear any major ligaments or tendons, he did have some floaters that needed to be removed as he was not able to walk very well. I called Gene around 7:00 pm on Friday and he was doing well....knee up, relaxing and taking his drugs. He is not the type of person to be cooped up very long, but he will be for another week or so....He does not wheels to drive at this time since his company truck was left at work.

well---shoot------i already have a van full for saturday but if gene needs a ride---that is if he feels like coming let someone know. amy is having surgery friday to remove a screw from her foot she may come if up to it. maybe she can bring gene. better yet put julie in there too and we can put all the crips together. just kiddin everybody.
